Note: Paused before Ramadan 2026 to decide which side of the marketplace to fuel first. Funding both supply and demand on a personal budget without a clear winner is how you burn runway.

An automation agency concept targeting e-commerce businesses, built around n8n, Make, and Apollo. Developed a lead list, landing page, and service operating procedures but never reached outreach before being set aside in favor of other engagements.
SwiftWeb
An on-demand web development agency concept targeting small businesses and e-commerce operators in Tunisia. Landed paying clients through Meta advertising before the project was discontinued to focus on larger engagements.
Todomoro
A personal practice project to test building with Claude Code end to end. Produced a working todo app (PRD, design system, implementation), entirely AI-built. Deployed on Vercel, Supabase backend.
Startup One
A self-initiated product built for Tunisian entrepreneurs navigating the national startup label process. Compiled and structured a guide based on successful applications and direct experience, distributed and monetized as a digital resource.
