Not the PM who briefs the build.
The PM who ships it.
Eight years of shipping. Faster each year as AI tools improve.
Owned product on Bakchich Store. Co-founded a music platform for the artists DistroKid never reached. Currently consulting on six e-commerce clients across Tunisia, the UAE and France.
Three things I keep doing.
What ships first
Most of my best calls weren't features. They were figuring out which thing to ship first, and reading what the launch told us about the next one.
Local detail
Payments, COD, distributor handovers, language. The boring stuff that decides whether a launch in MENA survives the first month.
Hands on the build
I write enough of it to ship the first version when the team is two people, and to call it when "two more weeks" starts repeating.
Four shipped. In full.
Fissa Agency
Six e-commerce clients, three markets. B2B businesses meeting D2C for the first time. One vacation rental platform taken from half-built to live bookings in three nights.
Bakchich Store
Built a merch layer for a creator monetization platform. Ended up shipping the first digital product sale in the company's history, in a country that pays cash on delivery.
Lisssen
A music platform for the artists DistroKid never reached. Three products shipped in sequence: marketplace, then distro, then merch.
skilled.live
A platform for Tunisian creatives who hadn't realized teaching could be income. Validated solo, zero budget. Killed by a funding dependency outside the product.
AYOT
Studio engagement to build an MVP for a Tunisian edtech platform run by a tutor offering IoT courses. Delivered a WordPress site with Bricks Builder and WooCommerce to support course sales.
Breakreate
Co-founded and ran Tunisia's first hip-hop dedicated online magazine for five years. Designed and maintained the WordPress platform, co-led weekly publishing reaching 500+ visitors per post, organized local artistic workshops and two main Breakreate festivals across six Tunisian states, and ran communications and digital strategy for partner initiatives.
CoursKamp
Commission engagement to take a Tunisian edtech platform from zero to launch, with the goal of qualifying for the national Prélabel certification. Delivered brand identity, logo design, and a full LMS-backed course platform built on WordPress, TutorLMS, and WooCommerce, prioritizing speed to market.
Active experiments and dropped ones. Both stay on file. The dropped ones usually taught me more.
